Jake Suthers is a highly recognised luminary in the UK property sector with an intimate knowledge and extensive background in commercial management and project management in construction. His expertise in the field have been developed over many years, and his qualification as a RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor have enabled him to deliver residential and commercial projects of varying sizes and complexities.
Jake has a proven history of successfully completing projects in the United Kingdom and Middle East ranging from £1 million to £500 million for a variety of notable clients. He is currently the CEO of a quickly expanding quantity surveying firm known as The QS Company.
Jake is passionate about personal development, and in 2022 founded the APC Accelerator programme, designed to help navigate and pass the RICS APC process. His programme focuses on helping upcoming industry professionals achieve quick results, and accelerate their earning potential. Jake is an avid learner and always looking for ways to help others succeed in their career.
